尊敬的客戶:

疫情下服務安排通知

自新型冠狀病毒疫情爆發以來,本公司一直積極應對,希望盡量減少對本地及海外客戶帶來的服務影響以及保障員工的安全。

提高衛生意識

本公司已採取措施提高員工的衛生意識。我們亦於铜鑼灣及金鐘辦公室加強清潔流程、於入口處向客戶和訪客進行體溫檢測。我們要求員工接觸客戶和訪客時戴上口罩,同樣鼓勵客戶和訪客到訪辦公室時戴上口罩。

服務調整

一如本公司對客戶的承諾,本公司將繼續支援各種產品及服務需求,包括開戶、股票及期貨交易、基金、結構性投資産品及債券投資等。本公司也建議客戶多些透過我們的網上及流動應用程式下單和給予其他指示,以及登記電子結單以減低因疫情而延誤收取實體結單的情况。

同時,本公司盡力配合香港政府發佈的最新指引,努力透過有效的應急措施防止疫情蔓延並維持主要營運流程,包括工作調動與在家工作安排、員工外遊限制並要求從受影響地區返港的員工自我隔離等。因此,本公司的服務需要在疫情期間作出以下調整:

1.     有關提款事宜,本公司只經由TT / CHATS / AUTOPAY 存入客戶已登記之銀行帳號,而以支票形式發出提款指示暫不承作。

2.     有關存款事宜,本公司只接受客戶以電郵形式確認存款之收據

3.     因應各國郵政單位的宣佈,其派遞郵件的服務會因疫情而有不同安排,客戶可能就前述原因而致延誤收取本公司的實體郵件(包括但不限於通知書及結單)。而香港郵政會按實際情況修改有關安排,並在其網站(www.hongkongpost.hk)發佈最新消息,敬請注意。

特殊狀況處理

若果遇上特殊情況(例如本公司之辦公室大樓發生確診個案、個別同事確診、政府公佈特別指令措施)導致本公司部分或全體員工無法如常上班,本公司將會作出下列特別安排並不時於本公司網頁(www.sinopacasia.com)公佈最新消息:

1.     如本公司未能為客戶即日辦理提款指示,本公司會因應當時情況,盡力安排在下一個工作天處理。

2.     有關新開戶事宜,本公司暫不接受辦理新開戶事宜。

3.     本公司將提供有限度的電話及/或電郵下單交易服務;除非另有公佈,網上交易服務則維持正常運作。服務詳情請屆時留意本公司網頁的公告。

Notice of Service Arrangements during Epidemic Situation

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we are proactively responding to the latest situation to minimize the impact on our services to local and overseas customers, and to ensure safety of our employees.

 

Enhancing Hygiene Awareness

Various measures have been taken to enhance our employees’ hygiene awareness.  We have also conducted thorough cleaning in our offices in Causeway Bay and Admiralty, and implemented temperature checks to our clients and visitors at our office entrances.  Our employees are required to wear masks when contacting clients and visitors; and also encourage our clients and visitors to do the same.

 

Service Adjustments

By delivering our commitments to clients, we will continue to provide services and product support, including account opening, securities and futures trading, funds, structured products and bond investment.  We also recommend our clients to place orders or other instructions via our online and mobile platforms, and to apply for the e-statement services to avoid delays on receiving physical statements due to the epidemic situation.

 

In addition, we will follow the latest guidelines promulgated by Hong Kong SAR government by our best efforts.  We will prevent the spreading of the epidemic and maintain major operations through our effective emergency measures, including internal transfers, home office arrangements, employee travel restrictions and implement compulsory quarantine when travelling back from affected countries etc.  Therefore, our services will have the following adjustments during the epidemic situation:

1.    Withdrawal requests will only be processed by TT / CHATS / AUTOPAY to clients’ registered bank accounts, issuing of cheque is temporary unavailable.

2.    For deposit requests, we only accept deposit confirmation sending by e-mails.

3.     In response to the announcements made by post unit of different countries, their mailing services will have different arrangements depending on the epidemic situation.  Delivery of physical mail to our clients might be delayed (including but not limited to notices and statements) due to the aforementioned reason.  Hong Kong Post will revise their service arrangements according to the latest situation. You are reminded to closely monitor their latest updates, which will be published on their website (www.hongkongpost.hk).

 

Responses to Critical Situation

In case of critical situation (such as confirmed case reported at our office building(s), our employee being infected or emergency control measures issued by government) that affect part / all of our employees to report on duty, we will implement the following special arrangements and will keep our status updated on our website (www.sinopacasia.com) from time to time.

1.    If we are unable to process clients’ withdrawal requests on the same day, depending on the situation, we will try our best to process such requests on the next working day.

2.    Account opening services will temporary be suspended.

3.    We can only provide limited services on phone and/or email for receiving trading orders.  Unless stated otherwise, our internet / mobile trading platforms will remain function as normal.  For details of our service arrangements, please visit our website for the latest updates.
