【重要】暫停郵件派遞服務 Suspended Postal Services

香港郵政宣布,根據香港特區政府實施的政府部門特別上班安排農曆新年假期後(二零二零年一月二十九日至二月二日)的郵件派遞服務將會暫停,在此期間投寄的郵件會於郵政服務恢復正常後處理。

收取實體結單之客戶請注意,由二零二零年一月二十三日至二月二日期間內之實體結單(包括日及月結單)由於香港郵政關係會延遲派遞。收取電子結單之客戶則不受影響。

為確保能更快捷收取結單及推動環保,請選擇使用電子結單。

 

According to the special work arrangement implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government, Hongkong Post

announced that mail delivery services will be suspended from 29 January to 2 February 2020 following the Lunar

New Year holiday.  

Mail posted during the aforesaid period will be processed upon resumption of postal services.

In light of the above arrangement, the delivery of our physical statements to clients (including daily and monthly

statements) may be delayed during the period from 23 January to 2 February 2020. E-statement services will not

be affected.

To ensure speedy receipt of account statement and promote environmental protection, please

consider using our e-statement services.
